Jasmine
Jasmine – Support Coordinator
With over 26 years of personal experience supporting her neurodivergent children, Jasmine brings a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities and their families. Her journey has instilled in her a strong sense of empathy, resilience, and determination, qualities that guide her approach to support coordination. Drawing on a background in administration and a lifelong commitment to helping others, Jasmine excels in communication, problem-solving, and navigating complex systems involving therapists, schools, and government services. She is passionate about empowering clients to access the supports they need and believes that positive, respectful communication is the foundation of effective service delivery.
Victoria
Victoria – Support Coordinator
Victoria is a caring and compassionate professional with over 12 years of customer service and management experience, and more than 3 years in the disability sector. She is skilled in support coordination, direct client care, and building strong relationships with participants, families, and service providers. Victoria is passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their goals while maintaining dignity, independence, and wellbeing. Her warm, person-centred approach ensures every client feels supported and heard throughout their NDIS journey.

Kimberly is a compassionate and experienced professional with a strong background in client and community support. Known for her calm, solutions-focused approach, she is dedicated to helping individuals achieve meaningful goals and improve their overall wellbeing.

Kristy Cook – Specialist Support Coordinator
Kristy Cook is the is the Director and Owner of A1 Coordination, she is a highly experienced and compassionate professional with over 20 years of nursing and healthcare experience. She is dedicated to providing person-centred support coordination, helping clients navigate the NDIS with confidence and ensuring their goals, needs, and preferences are prioritised. Kristy combines clinical expertise with strong advocacy skills, working closely with participants, families, and service providers to create tailored support networks that empower individuals to live independently and with dignity. Her commitment to high-quality, holistic care drives her approach, ensuring every client feels heard, supported, and guided throughout their journey.

Bec Kennedy – Administration
Bec brings extensive experience in administration, customer service, combined with over 15 years of personal experience supporting her neurodivergent children. Her deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities and their families informs her empathetic and solutions-focused approach. Skilled in communication, problem-solving, and managing complex information, Bec ensures smooth operations behind the scenes while supporting clients, staff, and stakeholders with professionalism and care.
