Support Workers

Helping You Build Independence and Confidence Every Day

At A1 Coordination, we understand that the right support workers can make all the difference.

Our goal is to connect you with qualified, trustworthy, and caring support workers who help you live your best life and achieve your NDIS plan goals.

We take the time to understand your individual needs, preferences, and personality to ensure you’re supported by people who genuinely fit your lifestyle.

What Do Support Workers Do?

Support workers provide hands-on help in your daily life, at home, in the community, and during activities that build your independence.

Depending on your NDIS goals and support needs, your support worker can assist you with:

• Personal care (showering, dressing, hygiene)

• Meal preparation and household tasks

• Assistance with transport or community access

• Shopping, appointments, and social outings

• Building daily living and communication skills

• Providing companionship and emotional support

Working Together With A1 Coordination

As your Support Coordinators, A1 Coordination works closely with your support workers to make sure your supports are well-organised, consistent, and aligned with your plan goals.

We help you find and manage:

Specialist Support Workers

including allied health professionals such as Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists, or Behaviour Support Practitioners.

Domestic and Personal Support Workers

Such as cleaners, gardeners, support staff, or in-home carers who help you maintain comfort and independence.

Our role is to make sure you have the right people for the right tasks, professionals who understand your needs, respect your boundaries, and empower your growth.

Choosing the Right Support Worker

We know trust is essential. That’s why A1 Coordination ensures every support worker we recommend or liaise with is:

• Qualified and NDIS-compliant

• Police checked and safety screened

• Matched to your goals and personality

• Reliable, respectful, and genuinely caring

Your comfort and confidence come first, always.

Who Can Access This Support?

NDIS participants who need help with daily living tasks, community access, or personal care can access Support Worker services as part of their NDIS plan.

You may be eligible for Support Worker assistance if you or someone you support is living with:
